SHIPPING

November 2023...Currently, we are only able to ship within the United States but would love to hear from you if you are interested in International Shipping.  Please use our Contact Us page.

Orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Charlottesville, Virginia typically 2-3 days after being placed. 

Domestic orders are sent by Standard Shipping via UPS Ground or USPS.  Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Painter Clothier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


RETURNS

Naturally, we want you to LOVE your Painter garments but we understand that sometimes things just don't work.  Items may be returned within 14 days after receipt in unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and of course, undamaged condition for shop credit only and must be accompanied by our RA#.  Please follow these instructions:

1.  Please use our Contact Us page for approval.  Be sure to include your order number in the message.  We will email you with an RA# to be placed on your return packaging.

2.  Once approved, please ship to:

With your returned item/s you must include:  Your RA#, your Painter order number, and your email address used for the order.  We do not cover return shipping fees.  For your own peace of mind, we encourage you to get tracking for your returned items.  

Returns take 7 days to process.  We will email you with your shop credit information.
